debian/control: Break/Replace buteo-sync-plugin-carddav (UBports)
Binary package buteo-syncfw-plugin-carddav breaks and replaces the
corresponding UBports package buteo-sync-plugin-carddav. The latter
is to be also renamed like in Debian. This patch is mostly to reduce
the differences between Debian and UBports packaging, see:
