debian/copyright.in: regenerate
This was mostly done by calling:
licensecheck --check '.*' --recursive --deb-machine --lines 0 -- *
The above[1] produced a diff containing some files with broken (binary)
copyright information; these were cleaned up and merged with the regular
list of files with unknown copyright and license. Additionally,
debian/copyright.in was manually removed.
