Author: Simon McVittie <smcv@collabora.com>

Log more information about the build environment and results

This is inspired by similar logging in sbuild, and is useful when
debugging build failures on remote infrastructure. See upstream PR #497.

In d/rules, use the Debian package's version number as the version that
    will be logged by d/p/Log-the-version-number-during-startup.patch.

Date: Thu Mar 21 16:19:02 2019 +0000

build-recipe-dsc: Keep all build results, not just *.deb and *.changes

This ensures that all build products get moved into the right place,
even if they are file types that obs-build doesn't yet know about,
or even file types that haven't been invented yet. See upstream PR #496.
