vcswatch reports that
this package seems to have new commits in its VCS but has
not yet updated debian/changelog. You should consider updating
the Debian changelog and uploading this new version into the archive.

Add diff-ignore to debian/source/options
Without this, "dpkg-source -b" on a Git checkout complains about
changes in .git. Later source formats do this by default, but the
default for source format 1.0 is to ignore nothing.
