    d/salsa-ci.yml: remove: use salsa-ci-team pipeline.
    
    Salsa CI allows for a generic location to be used forge-wide, so the
    salsa-ci.yml file becomes unnecessary until package specific changes
    must be applied.

    d/patches/*.patch: set public forwarding link.
    
    The patch was initially forwarded as a private mail, but never went
    applied, so it could very well have been lost.  This change documents
    the recently opened item in the official bvi issue tracker.
