d/patches: also switch icon-theme-backup to mate in the icon theme patch
cinnamon-settings saves the current icon theme into icon-theme-backup
when high contrast is turned on and restores it from that key when it is
turned off (cs_accessibility.py), so the leftover 'gnome' default would
restore a theme that is no longer available.
