d/patches: mark the icon theme patch as Forwarded: not-needed
The switch from gnome to mate as default icon theme follows the removal
of gnome-icon-theme from Debian (#1103556), so it is Debian-specific.

d/patches: drop change-adwaita-to-default.patch, no longer used
The patch was added for #852974, when muffin still read the theme key of
org.cinnamon.desktop.wm.preferences to pick the metacity theme for
window decorations and 'Adwaita' no longer existed as such a theme.
muffin stopped reading that key in 5.4, with the rebase onto mutter 3.36
(commit 8599127f): window decorations now follow the GTK theme. The only
remaining users are the a11y applet and the cinnamon-settings
accessibility module, which merely save and restore the value around
high contrast, and the settings-remap plugin of
cinnamon-settings-daemon, which copies it to
org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences, whose own default is 'Adwaita'. No
metacity theme named 'Default' or 'Adwaita' is shipped in unstable any
more either.

d/patches: also switch icon-theme-backup to mate in the icon theme patch
cinnamon-settings saves the current icon theme into icon-theme-backup
when high contrast is turned on and restores it from that key when it is
turned off (cs_accessibility.py), so the leftover 'gnome' default would
restore a theme that is no longer available.
