    Fix d/t/initramfs-hook and d/t/initramfs-hook-legacy with initramfs-tools ≥0.146.
    
    mkinitramfs(8) now unconditionally produces multi-segment cpio images, cf.

    And unmkinitramfs(8) uses use directory names “cpio1”, “cpio2”, etc., cf.
