debian/tests: add a superficial autopkgtest for the dxcb plugin
Checks that the installed libdxcb.so is present and that every symbol
and library it needs resolves, which is what would break if the bundled
Qt private headers drifted from the Qt 6 in the archive.

Rename Debian source and binary package to dde-qtplatform-plugins
Follows the upstream project rename and the retitled ITP #1142441.
Also:
* debian/watch: rewrite using the version 5 format and the GitHub
template, dropping the obsolete uupdate directive.
* debian/copyright: correct several licence statements after auditing
the in-tree SPDX tags -- the Qt-derived sources are GPL-2/GPL-3
'only', not '+', and a large part of Deepin's own code is LGPL-3+
rather than GPL-3+.
* debian/README.source: document the bundled Qt xcb QPA private
headers and how to refresh them.
