    d/watch: Fetch the signed upstream release tarball using OpenPGP
    
    The upstream release tarball is signed and the corresponding
    signature file is published alongside it. This change restores
    the watch configuration so that uscan retrieves both the release
    tarball and its associated signature, allowing the downloaded
    source archive to be verified against the signature provided by
    upstream.
    Keeping the signature retrieval in debian/watch makes the upstream
    source verification explicit and ensures that future source updates
    continue to include the signature as part of the uscan workflow,
    instead of downloading only the tarball and silently skipping the
    verification material.

    d/watch: Drop file, no longer necessary
    
    Since devscripts 2.25.19, uscan can use `debian/upstream/metadata`
    directly when `debian/watch` is not present and a corresponding archive
    template is available. This support was introduced in August 2025 as
    part of Debian bug #1111114.
    
    In particular, with `Archive: GitHub` and the upstream `Repository`
    field, uscan can derive the GitHub repository information and generate
    the corresponding watch configuration internally. Therefore, maintaining
    a separate `debian/watch` file is no longer necessary for upstream
    version detection and archive retrieval in this case.
