Revert "Use dh_auto_build -- --no-rebuild to avoid blhc failure"
This reverts commit 16b14d9cf52ce39ad8d1739847a54680188be57d.
evolution obviously uses CMake instead of meson
so this technique for meson package doesn't work here

Use dh_auto_build -- --no-rebuild to avoid blhc failure
Among the 2 debian patches available in version 3.56.2-10 of the package, we noticed the following issues:

Issues can be things such as missing translations, problematic translated strings, outdated PO files, unknown languages, etc.
