    This commit adds two new external repositories and updates an existing one:
    
    New repositories:
    - ddev: DDEV Local Development Environment
      - Repository: https://pkg.ddev.com/apt/
      - Supports: bullseye, bookworm, trixie
      - Architectures: amd64, arm64
    
    - mise: Mise polyglot tool version manager
      - Repository: https://mise.jdx.dev/deb
      - Supports: bullseye, bookworm, trixie (all use 'stable' suite)
      - Architectures: amd64, arm64
    
    Updated repository:
    - hashicorp: Added trixie support to existing configuration
    
    All repositories have been validated using tools/check-repos and
    tools/validate-repo with successful signature verification.

      but no longer a fully supported architecture, and
      I’ve stopped building all uploads for it there

      ‣ note armel is only supported as much as it is for
        bookworm, that is, best-effort
