this package seems to have new commits in its VCS but has
not yet updated debian/changelog. You should consider updating
the Debian changelog and uploading this new version into the archive.

dh-make-ruby: Drop redundant Rules-Requires-Root field
By default, the packaging produces redundant-rules-requires-root-no-field. Per
the Lintian information: "As of dpkg version 1.22.13, this field is set to "no"
by default. As such, in this case the Rules-Requires-Root field is redundant
and should be removed."
