Only parts of malcontent are in Ubuntu main.
libmalcontent-ui depends on libflatpak which is a universe package.

Use sysusers.d instead of adduser
Upstream ships a sysusers.d file, so just use it instead of custom
scripts in maintainer scripts. Also do not remove the system user
on purge, as that is dangerous since any leftover file will be
owned by an uid up for grabs.
