    Fix handling of empty string for build info module
    
    While building other packages with this installed, the BuildInfo module
    path is returning as an empty string leading to it creating an invalid
    module import when generating the Go source from the template. Previous
    releases of this module used a constant value instead of trying to
    detect the module path.
