    Increase back timers a bit in TestSubscribeWithContextDone
    
    After running the tests with:
    
        taskset 0,1 go test -v -run TestSubscribeWithContextDone -count 1000
    
    I noticed that the test were still failing sometimes. I was too optimistic
    with the sleep duration reduction, we have to increase it back a bit to
    make sure the test passes 100% of the time.
