d/copyright: name the real author of the README animation
Circular_Buffer_Animation.gif came from Wikimedia Commons, not from
smallnest, so Files: * and its Expat grant did not cover it. Upstream says
so themselves in https://github.com/smallnest/ringbuffer/issues/5, and the
file is the Commons animation of the same name scaled down from 800x600 to
600x450, all 32 frames matching, by MuhannadAjjan under CC BY-SA 4.0. That
licence wants attribution and the tree carries none, so it goes here.

pipe_test.go says in its header that it is 2009 The Go Authors under a
BSD-style licence, adapted from the stdlib tests, and Files: * claimed it as
smallnest's under Expat with no BSD text anywhere. pipe.go now records that its
documentation and API come from Go's io.Pipe as well.

Watch the git repository instead of the tags page
The packaged version is a git snapshot, so no release tarball carries it and
uscan reported "no matching files for version", which failed the test-uscan
job of Salsa-CI. With Mode: git it resolves the snapshot and exits 0.
