vcswatch reports that
this package seems to have new commits in its VCS but has
not yet updated debian/changelog. You should consider updating
the Debian changelog and uploading this new version into the archive.

Salsa CI: Prevent CI from running on pushed tags
The CI is meant to run only on pushed branches and commits, just like
Salsa CI. Triggering extra runs on git tags is unnecessary, as the exact
commit itself already had CI running on it. For the same reason Merge
Requests should not trigger extra CI runs, but just have one single CI
run based off pushing the commit.
