Patch Makefile install target paths to match convention
DESTDIR normally means what upstream calls PREFIX. Instead of changing the
make install invocation, just patch the Makefile. Should probably be sent
upstream.

Orphan package
The O: wnpp bug has been open for a long time. I would like the package no
longer to appear on my DDPO. If you are a team member and you want to do a
team upload, please consider setting the Maintainer field back to the team,
adding yourself to Uploaders, and closing the orphaning bug.
