vcswatch reports that
this package seems to have new commits in its VCS but has
not yet updated debian/changelog. You should consider updating
the Debian changelog and uploading this new version into the archive.

d/gbp.conf: fix debian-branch key
AFAICT, there is no branch key, but there is a debian-branch key, so use
that instead. This stops eg. `gbp tag` complaining about needing
--git-debian-branch even when on the trunk branch locally.
