The removal of libbio-eutilities-perl will also cause the removal of (transitive) reverse dependencies: bioperl-run, libbio-tools-phylo-paml-perl, libbio-tools-run-alignment-clustalw-perl, psortb. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
