v0.113
- improve line wrapping so spacers (non-option text lines) can use more

- replace tabs (generally 8 space) indents in output with four spaces

commit b84cb51a8690425294faffca4ef17fb437260326
Author: Ricardo Signes <rjbs@semiotic.systems>
Date: Fri Dec 15 16:54:13 2023 -0500
improve indenting and wrapping: no tabs
First, spacers with text do not need to leave room for --switch
definition, because they are spacers!
Secondly, tabs feel like a waste of horizontal space at 8 wide, and
for no real reason. Use four spaces instead.

v0.112
- This version removes the redundant option warning, which is now
provided by Getopt::Long v2.55 and later -- which is now required!
As before, this will someday become fatal.

drop "ambiguous configuration" warning
This is now handled by Getopt::Long, at the version we now require.
