this package seems to have new commits in its VCS but has
not yet updated debian/changelog. You should consider updating
the Debian changelog and uploading this new version into the archive.

Revert manpage date override rules
Changes to d/rules were made to override manpage date.
This was implemented to avoid binNMUs breaking m-a:same support.
However, new information surfaced in team discussion, that buildd
has been reconfigured in recent weeks (early September) which should
ensure the source date epoch is consistent now.
As a result, we can revert our overrides from custom changelog parsing.

fix lintian debian-rules-parses-dpkg-parsechangelog
[debian/rules:12] can be resolved by using pkg-info.mk DEB_VERSION.
However, [debian/rules:13] works on the version number without a `+bN`
suffix. There is no helper for this use-case, so the lintian information
is not applicable as of current. As we pull in pkg-info.mk, this usage
moves to L14, which is now added to d/source/lintian-overrides.
