Version 32 of libstdc++-arm-none-eabi is marked for autoremoval from testing on Tue 01 Sep 2026. It depends (transitively) on gcc-riscv64-unknown-elf, gcc-xtensa, affected by #1133485, #1133486. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
