this package seems to have new commits in its VCS but has
not yet updated debian/changelog. You should consider updating
the Debian changelog and uploading this new version into the archive.

Only recommend polkitd. Closes: #1069860
Reading the initial request to update the dependency in bug #1025583, it
seems OK to remove policykit-1. This package has never been backported.
