  * New upstream version 0.7.14
  * fix URLs, bazaar repo moved to github.com/bazaar-org/bazaar
  * remove the patch, applied by the upstream
  * d/copyright:
     - simplifying copyright
     - split GPL-3+ files to * and po/*

  * d/rules:
     - remove DEB_LDFLAGS_MAINT_APPEND, defined by default
     - add a comment to explaine the -v flag
  * d/salsa-ci.yml:
     - update to the latest Salsa CI config
     - disable i386 building, the upstream doesn't support i386
  * d/bazaar.1: add a link to report bugs
  * split bazaar to several packages
  * d/control:
     - add python3-babel as a B-D
     - Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4, no changes needed
     - add libxml2-utils as a B-D
     - add libmalcontent-0-dev as a B-D
  * d/libbge-dev.links: create a unversioned link to the shared library
