  * Replace deprecated B-D on libgirepository1.0-dev (Closes: #1118796)
  * d/control, d/rules: Really implement the nogir build profile.
    If the nogir build profile is implemented, it should work.
    Previously, the package would just FTBFS in this build profile, because
    the upstream build system treats gobject-introspection as mandatory
    unless introspection is explicitly disabled. This particular package
    doesn't install GObject-Introspection bindings, but it does use them
    to generate Vala bindings, which therefore need to be skipped under
    the nogir build profile.

    The latest release now uses the full name "cellbroadcastd" (not "cbd").
  * d/upstream: Append additional upstream signing key.
    This is the known key of Evangelos as as used for the latest release upstream.
  * d/control: Relax build dependency to dbus-daemon.
    It's all we actually need
