Description: Dart software development kit
 The Dart SDK, including the Dart VM and the dart2js Dart-to-JavaScript
 compiler, the analyzer, the formatter and the pub package tool. It is built
 from source with the Debian toolchain (system gn, ninja, clang and lld; no
 bundled toolchain and no network access during the build).

 The DevTools browser debugging UI is not included: upstream distributes it
 only as a prebuilt bundle, so it is not part of the Debian source package.

 The package is self-hosting: it Build-Depends on a previous dart-sdk, the
 same model as ghc and gnat. The initial bootstrap, and any new architecture,
 use the pkg.dart-sdk.stage0 build profile with the documented upstream
 Stage-0 seed; see debian/README.source.
