Description: find copyright holders missing from debian/copyright
 dfsg-author-check walks an unpacked Debian source package, picks out the
 copyright attributions in its files and lists the holders that its
 debian/copyright does not name, allowing for differences of spelling,
 encoding and form.

 The report ends with Files paragraphs, ready to edit and add to
 debian/copyright. It can also be written as JSON or Markdown, for use by
 other tools such as the DFSG team's NEW queue review.
