dnsproxy (1.16-0.1+deb11u1) bullseye; urgency=medium
* debian/dnsproxy.conf: Change the default listening IP address to localhost.
This address is used by the daemon to bind a UDP port when it starts.
Currently, the default listening address is "192.168.168.1", and if this
address is not available on the machine, this will cause a dpkg error when
trying to install dnsproxy. Thanks to Marco d'Itri (Closes: #802918).
