golang-github-go-enry-go-enry (2.9.6+dfsg-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Keep autopkgtests independent of github/linguist, while retaining the
    self-contained upstream tests and synthetic classifier coverage. Having
    the autopkgtest call out to GitHub has proven to be too unreliable and
    the tests don't offer sufficient benefit to justify the hassle caused
    by flaky tests. (Closes: #1144201)
  * Update DH compat version to 14

golang-github-go-enry-go-enry (2.9.6+dfsg-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Initial release (Closes: #1143149)
  * Repack upstream tarball (+dfsg) to drop _testdata/HTML/makeinfo.html,
    a GNU Emacs Manual page under GFDL 1.3 with Invariant Sections,
    Front-Cover and Back-Cover texts, which isn't DFSG-compliant. Added
    debian/patches/add-makeinfo-testdata.patch with a synthetic
    replacement fixture so the corresponding test keeps running.
