Description: classify license files against known open source licenses (library)
 The licensecheck package scans source texts for known licenses and reports
 how closely they match. Its design goal is never to produce a false positive.
 It also recognises matches of known license URLs.

 The scanner recognises nearly all the licenses gathered by the SPDX project
 along with a number of others, using pattern definitions written in an
 internal License Regular Expression (LRE) syntax.
