healpix-fortran (3.83+ds-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Team upload.
  * New upstream release.
  * d/patches: Add Makefile dependency of alm_tools.o on healpix_sharp_f90.o,
    and make the build directory an order-only prerequisite of all objects,
    fixing FTBFS with make --shuffle=reverse. (Closes: #1105399)
  * d/clean: Add to remove generated sources, objects and Fortran
    modules, fixing FTBFS when building the source after a successful
    build. (Closes: #1044383)
  * d/control: Build-Depend on dh-fortran instead of dh-fortran-mod,
    which now provides the fortran_mod dh addon.
  * d/control: Add ${fortran:Depends} to libhealpix-dev so it depends on the
    gfortran-mod ABI its modules were built with.
  * d/rules: Build with dpkg-buildflags, enable all hardening options (including
    bindnow), and pass LDFLAGS when linking the shared library.
  * d/rules: Compile the C object with -fPIC and write Fortran modules with -J.
  * Fix spelling errors in messages printed by the library.
  * Add a symbols file for libhealpix0. Symbols generated by gfortran for
    derived types (__vtab_, __copy_, __def_init_, __final_) are matched by
    an optional pattern, as they depend on the compiler version.
  * Mark 0001-Link-against-libsharp-and-libcfitsio.patch as not needing to
    be forwarded upstream, since it only suits the Debian shared library build.
  * d/control: Bump debhelper compat level to 13.
  * d/control: Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4.
  * d/control: Drop redundant Priority: optional field.
  * d/control: Update Homepage to https://healpix.sourceforge.io.
  * d/watch: Update to version 5.
  * Add debian/upstream/metadata.
  * d/copyright: Refer to https://www.gnu.org/licenses/ instead of the
    old FSF postal address.
