Description: runtime service for the Kylin AI SDK
 This package provides the user-session runtime service used by the
 Kylin AI SDK. It starts the runtime process and installs the default
 configuration used by the SDK's model, speech, vision, embedding and
 assistant interfaces.

 The service integrates with Kylin and UKUI components when they are
 available, while keeping the runtime and its configuration in a separate
 package.
