Description: simple IRC client for Lomiri Operating Environment
 Chatter is a simple Internet Relay Chat (IRC) client originally designed
 for Ubuntu Touch and its graphical user interface (GUI), Lomiri. The
 program is written in Qt and QML.

 Chatter can connect to many servers at once, with either a list of
 servers and channels, or a single conversation view active at a time. It
 remembers the username and last used servers and channels.
