Comment: The support/windows files are prebuilt Windows binaries shipped
 without corresponding source.

 The adl_*.h files are headers from AMD's Display Library (ADL) SDK, vendored by
 upstream.  The entire copyright notice they carry disclaims warranty but grants
 no permission to use, copy, modify or redistribute, and the terms of the AMD ADL
 SDK licence agreement under which upstream obtained them are not reproduced in
 the source, so they are not distributable.

 AMD has since republished these same headers under the MIT license as
 the GPUOpen display-library SDK.
 https://github.com/GPUOpen-LibrariesAndSDKs/display-library/tree/master/include
 which have been placed in debian/src/libcec/platform/adl/adl_*.h and
 are used instead.
