Description: SIMD-parallel X-drop alignment library (development files)
 dozeu is a SIMD-parallel implementation of the BLAST X-drop dynamic
 programming algorithm. It supports semi-global affine-gap extension
 alignment and linear-to-graph alignment, and is used by the vg toolkit
