libtext-vcardfast-perl (0.12-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release.
    Upstream declares the licence in the metadata, ships a LICENSE file, and
    corrects the README, which claimed a Perl-version-bounded licence that the
    module POD did not.
  * debian/copyright: update the upstream copyright years and holder spelling
    to match the new LICENSE file.
