nextepc (0.3.10+nods-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Add back excluded bundling of lib/freeDiameter-1.2.1
    since nextepc is not compatible with the vanilla upstream version
    - Add freeDiameter copyright info to debian/copyright
    - Update debian/README.source
    - Update debian/watch
  * debian/*.tmpfile
    - Create empty dirs in /var/run for all the executables using the systemd
      tmpfile mechanism
  * debian/*.service: Add systemd service files for all the 5 daemons
  * debian/control:
    - nextepc now "Architecture: all"
    - Some binaries only available on the same architectures where mongodb is
      available (Closes: #913460)
    - Moved most dependencies to recommends for "nextepc" binary package
    - Do not build-depend on libfreediameter-dev anymore
  * debian/config, debian/*.install:
    - Add a number of better default configuration files and install them
