Description: PostCSS plugin for embedding SVG images in CSS
 SVG files referenced in stylesheets are converted to inline data URLs.
 CSS syntax can set attributes on the SVG root or on elements selected
 within the image, including fill and stroke colours. Options control
 file lookup, attribute removal and encoding of the resulting SVG.
