  * New upstream release

  [ Sergei Golovan ]
  * Convert to a two-source-component package by adding the teabase component,
    which is no longer shipped with the main source archive.
  * Adapt debian/watch to download the teabase component. This hardcodes its
    version, so an update of debian/watch is necessary on any ne wupstream
    release.
  * Rewrite build system to use meson instead of autoconf, which is dropped
    upstream.
