  * debian/gbp.conf: modified to conform to DEP-14 and team's GBP configuration.

  * debian/rules: removed redundant '--with python3' argument when using
    dh-sequence-python3.
  * debian/salsa-ci.yml: added to trigger CI tests on Debian Salsa.
  * debian/source/:
      - lintian-overrides: added to silence very-long-line-length-in-source-file
        lintians.
      - options: added to ignore .egg-info changes during source package build.
  * debian/watch: modified to use the more declarative GitHub template.
