pyglossary (5.4.2-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release.
    - New wxPython, Qt6, Tkinter wizard and web UIs.
    - New readers: TMX, XLIFF, FreeDict Markdown, WordFrequency.info,
      AppleDict Source, EPWING; new PocketBook SDIC writer.
    - Requires Python 3.12 or later.
  * Fix the appledict index patches, which only commented out the module
    import and left the plugin raising NameError at runtime. Make both
    indexes a no-op instead.
  * Install about, help and AUTHORS as documentation instead of the
    whole doc/ tree.
  * Add man pages for the new pyglossary-diff and pyglossary-view tools
    and regenerate the pyglossary one.
  * Depend on python3-lxml and python3-bs4 rather than only recommending
    them.
  * Move to debhelper-compat (= 13) and drop debian/compat.
  * Set Standards-Version to 4.7.4 and add Rules-Requires-Root: no.
  * Adopt the DEP-14 layout: add debian/gbp.conf and the Vcs-* fields.
  * Disable the pybuild test step and set NO_GIT_VERSION, so that the
    package builds both from the tarball and from a git checkout.
  * Update debian/watch to version 5.
  * Document the licences found in the 5.4.2 tree that debian/copyright
    did not cover (LGPL-2.1+, Apache-2.0, GPL-2+, MIT and CC-BY-SA-3.0).
