pyreadstat (1.2.1-1) experimental; urgency=medium

  * Prepare for cython:
    - d/control: add cython3 build-depends,
    - d/rules: avoid running cythonize on setup.py clean.
  * d/control: add python3-pandas build-depends, for build-time tests.
    NB: module 'pandas' needs to supply attribute 'Float64Dtype', or the
    test will fail.  python3-pandas 1.5.3 as shipped with Debian 12/bookworm
    is known to work; python3-pandas 1.1.5 as shipped with Debian 11/bullseye
    is known to fail.
  * d/control: arch any: we ship .so-files.
  * d/control: add ${shlibs:Depends} to depends.
  * d/copyright: added.
  * d/watch: thanks pypi.debian.net.
