Description: automatic label placement for Matplotlib plots
 adjustText improves the placement of text labels in Matplotlib plots by
 iteratively moving them to reduce overlaps with other labels and data
 points. It can also draw arrows connecting labels to the points they
 describe.

 The adjustment algorithm supports scatter plots, multiple subplots and
 configurable constraints on label movement.
