Description: Parser for ARWN weather station MQTT messages
 Provides structured device and reading objects from recognised ARWN topics and
 payloads.

 The library interprets MQTT messages published by ARWN weather stations. It
 extracts device identifiers, device names, sensor keys, sensor names,
 measurement values, and units, returning them as device and reading records.
 Recognised messages can represent individual measurements such as temperature
 or wind speed, while unknown topics are ignored.

 The command-line interface connects to an MQTT broker, subscribes to incoming
 ARWN messages, and displays the resulting readings. Broker host and port can
 be selected, processing can be limited to a specified number of messages, and
 output can be formatted as JSON.
