  * Team Upload
  * Disables tests tait fails now in 2026 (Closes: #1078636)
  * Add build-dep on python3-setuptools-scm to fix dist-info
  * Add debian/salsa-ci.yml
  * Rewrite d/watch in v5 format; we cannot use GitHub template as-is
    because there is also a 202xxxxx timestamp tag present.
  * Drop "Rules-Requires-Root: no": it is the default now
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4, drop Priority: tag
