  * New upstream version 1.1.8.
  * debian/control: Require Python >= 3.11 and poetry-core >= 2.0.0;
    drop the unused setuptools build dependency.
  * debian/control: Move the description to the Source stanza and explicitly
    enable the single-binary debhelper sequence.
  * debian/rules, debian/pybuild.testfiles: Include documentation doctests
    in build-time tests and autopkgtest; override the upstream doctest glob
    containing literal quotes so .rst examples are actually collected.
  * debian/patches:
    + 0001-Fix-stale-doctest-output.patch: Remove obsolete registration
      output from documentation examples, matching current logging behavior.
  * debian/copyright: Unify the BSD-3-Clause license identifier, match
    the license text to upstream, and update packaging copyright.
