Description: create publication-quality sequence logos in Python
 Logomaker generates standard and customized sequence logos illustrating
 the properties of DNA, RNA, or protein sequences. Logos are rendered as
 vector graphics within native Matplotlib axes, making them easy to style
 and incorporate into multi-panel figures.

 The package supports transformations between counts, probability, weight,
 and information matrices, as well as visualization of energy matrices
 and neural network saliency scores. It includes example datasets and
 demonstrations.
