Description: streaming multipart parser for Python
 Python-Multipart reads the data that a web browser sends when someone
 submits a form or uploads a file: multipart/form-data,
 application/x-www-form-urlencoded and application/octet-stream request
 bodies.
 .
 It is a streaming parser: the request body is fed to it a chunk at a time,
 and it reports fields and files as soon as it finds them, so the whole
 request never has to be held in memory. Large uploaded files are moved to
 a temporary file on disk.

 It powers file uploads in Starlette and FastAPI.
