  * New upstream release.
    - Fixes "tests fail after 2020" timebomb. (Closes: #1127131)
    - Update debian/copyright to reflect the current source tree.
  * Adopt the package. Thanks Bastian for all of your hard work!
    (Closes: #1081615).
  * Revert the "patch-out python3-uritools" patch - uritools provides slightly
    different properties to urllib.parse, and continues to be maintained.
  * Remove Priority: optional, the default now.
  * Bump debian/watch to version 5, and switch to the PyPI template.
  * Change branch names to adhere to Debian Python Team Policy/DEP-14.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.3.
